Job Description

Laboratory Supervisor opportunity in Hudson Valley, NY. This is a leadership role with a well-established multi-specialty medical practice, offering the opportunity to stay hands-on in the lab while leading day-to-day operations.

Highlights:

Salary:

$93,000-$104,000 Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm Full-time, onsite position Approximately 50% bench work / 50% leadership Supervise laboratory staff and daily operations Work in microbiology, histology, cytology, urinalysis, FISH, and more Lead quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and process improvements Excellent benefits and a collaborative team environment We're looking for someone with: NYS Medical Technologist License Bachelor's degree 6+ years of Medical Technologist experience Previous laboratory leadership experience preferred Histology and/or microbiology experience is a plus
