Oversees phlebotomy and central processing
Reports to Lab Director
Has 1 peer manager (Clinical Lab Manager)
Has 1 Phlebotomy Supervisor/Senior Tech
Must be willing to work as a Phlebot in times of high census/call-offs
Experience in a high volume lab almost a must
Experience with the corrective action process strongly recommended
