Job Description

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Laboratory Manager to lead Microbiology and Stat Labs within our innovative, patient-centered network. This role oversees daily lab operations, staffing, workflow, and quality assurance to ensure timely, accurate results. The manager will implement regulatory standards, optimize processes, manage budgets and instrumentation, and collaborate with clinicians to support excellent patient care. You will mentor a diverse team, drive continuous improvement, support staff development, and champion a culture of safety, inclusivity, and innovation in a high-volume healthcare environment.
