Prairie Band Construction seeks a Medical Lab Technologist to support Laboratory Services within healthcare and medical projects. In this role, you will perform routine and complex diagnostic testing, process and analyze patient specimens, operate and maintain analyzers, and ensure accuracy through strict quality control and documentation. You will uphold CLIA and safety standards while collaborating with providers and lab staff. Responsibilities Perform routine and complex diagnostic tests in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and related areas Prepare, process, and analyze patient specimens following strict identification and handling protocols Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated analyzers and laboratory instruments Maintain and document quality control, proficiency testing, and preventive maintenance Review, validate, and report accurate and timely lab results in the LISAdhere to CLIA, CAP, and safety regulations, including infection prevention and biosafety standards Collaborate with providers, nurses, and lab team members to support patient care decisions Participate in continuous improvement, competency assessments, and staff training Support Prairie Band Construction's mission, values, and respect for tribal community roots Required Skills Clinical chemistry testing Hematology and coagulation analysis Microbiology and urinalysis Molecular/serology techniques Operation of automated analyzers Quality control and quality assurance Specimen collection, labeling, and handling Laboratory information systems (LIS) CLIA and CAP regulatory compliance Infection prevention and biosafety
