Job Description

Blood Bank Lab Manager - Chino, CA We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Lab Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Chino, California. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a well-established Blood Bank within a respected healthcare organization.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Blood Bank/transfusion services department Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff Manage workflow, staffing, and performance within the department Maintain excellence in patient care and blood product safety

Requirements:

California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license (required) SBB (ASCP) certification (required) Prior management or leadership experience in a Blood Bank setting Strong background in transfusion services and immunohematology This is an excellent opportunity for an SBB-certified professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and essential area of healthcare.
