13 weeks

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday, 7:00 PM-7:30

AM Hours:

36 hours/week

Candidates within 50 miles are not eligible Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Canton, GA. The technologist will prepare adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and equipment for sleep disorder testing, monitor polysomnograms, and accurately document results according to facility policies. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients and equipment for sleep studies. Perform and monitor polysomnographic testing. Monitor sleep activity, abnormalities, movement arousals, and respirations. Document testing and patient information according to policy. Provide appropriate patient support throughout the study. Maintain strong communication with patients and the healthcare team. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Polysomnographic/Sleep Tech experience At least 1 year of sleep study experience Current AHA BLS certification Current, unrestricted certification/registration as one of the following: RPSGT - Registered Polysomnographic Technologist BRPT certification/registration Polysomnographic Technologist Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of sleep disorders and sleep-study procedures Interested?
