Geneseo, Illinois (Near Davenport, Iowa) We are hiring a Medical Lab Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT or MLS) to join a high-performing laboratory team in a critical access hospital serving Geneseo and the surrounding Quad Cities region. Position Highlights Evening Shift, No call requirements for predictable time off Generalist role with a broad in-house test menu High-volume lab performing 1,600-2,000 tests per day Exposure to hematology, chemistry, and limited microbiology Perform bacteriology identification and susceptibility testing Epic & Sunquest laboratory systems Fast-paced, team-oriented environment ideal for MLTs or MLS professionals

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Hourly Pay:

MLT (Associate's Degree): $28.02

•$43.65 MLS / Medical Lab Scientist (Bachelor's Preferred): $34.60/hr

•$53.91/hr
