In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. You will utilize your expertise in laboratory techniques and data management to ensure accurate and timely results while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Conduct a variety of laboratory tests including assays, DNA isolation, and other diagnostic procedures. Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data management and analysis. Analyze test results and ensure accuracy through meticulous data analysis skills. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide insights based on findings. Stay updated with advancements in medical terminology and laboratory techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in the management of laboratory workflows to optimize productivity and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field. Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to DNA isolation and assay development. Proficiency in data analysis skills with experience in managing laboratory information systems. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to clinical diagnostics. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
