Assignment Details:
13-week travel engagement Evening shift; hours: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Every other weekend rotation
Qualifications:
MT/MLT with ASCP or AMT certification (required) Previous experience as a Medical Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting Comfortable operating as a generalist, including blood bank procedures Proficiency with Epic and Cerner LIS platforms Candidates must be located 50+ miles from Summerville, SC (no local applicants)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and analyze laboratory tests across multiple disciplines with a focus on accuracy and quality Conduct blood bank testing, adhering to stringent safety and compliance protocols Maintain accurate records using Epic and Cerner LIS systems Collaborate with laboratory personnel and medical staff to ensure timely and precise reporting Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to evolving lab procedures
