Job Description

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs that advance nursing practice and patient outcomes. You will lead orientation, competencies, and ongoing staff development, serving as a clinical expert and mentor at the bedside and in the classroom. Collaborating closely with nursing leadership, you'll support evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, and the successful adoption of new technologies and protocols.
