B. Braun is seeking a Clinical Educator to support our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will design and deliver clinical education programs focused on B. Braun's infusion therapy, pain management, and nutrition solutions. You will provide in service training, bedside coaching, and product demonstrations to ensure safe, evidence based use of our therapies. Collaborating closely with clinical and sales teams, you'll assess learning needs, develop educational materials, and support new product implementations. At B. Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs for healthcare professionals using B. Braun therapies and devices Provide in service training, product demonstrations, and bedside support to clinicians to ensure safe and effective product use Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and customer support to address clinical questions and optimize patient outcomes Develop evidence based training materials, protocols, and competencies aligned with regulatory and accreditation standards Assess learner needs, track competency, and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement Stay current on clinical best practices, infusion therapy, pain management, and nutrition guidelines to inform education content Support new product launches through clinical training, trials support, and feedback from key opinion leaders Participate in quality and safety initiatives, incident reviews, and risk reduction strategies related to product use Document training activities, maintain records, and report education metrics to leadership Represent B.
