  • Framingham Salary Range:
    $25.00
  • $27.00/hour + sign
  • on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work in our community focused Family Resource Center in Framingham! We provide a supportive culture that is team-focused and places value on healthy work dynamics.
What you will do:
Work closely with the local school districts to help family members navigate through educational and school-related concerns and needs. Serve as a resource to families, schools, and the community in improving overall student attendance and graduation rates, reducing truancy rates, and identifying systemic issues. Ensure all family members experiencing CRA related issues are connected to services that meet their individual needs. Be responsible for negotiating and implementing special events and other interagency activities that involve schools.

Confidence in leading groups and trainings to families. Strong communication skills
  • both written and verbal.
Empathy and compassion for those experiencing challenges. Flexibility and creative thinking with an ability to adapt.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge of navigating the CRA and IEP processes. Competency in various technology platforms. Driving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
