Job Description

Community Health Worker - Wellness for Life Mobile Health Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Dallas Work hours: Primarily scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role also requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and approximately two Saturdays per month to support community outreach activities, mobile health events, and patient services. This is a grant funded position and subject to the award and continuation of the contract Community Health Department Highlights
