Job Description

This position connects people who call the crisis line to crisis mental health or other services. Part-time position working every other weekend. Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Saturday 3:00pm-11:30pm, and Sunday 3:00pm-11:30pm .

Job Duties:

Connect people who call the crisis line to crisis mental health or other services. Complete phone screenings by answering phone calls and collecting caller information. Dispatch the mobile crisis response team to community locations. Effectively triage phone calls to the crisis response, urgent care and residential crisis teams. Work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

Must meet the requirements of a Behavioral Health Practitioner as defined by DHS. Ability to pass a DHS background study. Must be 21 years old and fluent in English. Requires computer skills for electronic health record entry and other duties. Experience working in the mental health or human services field. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Pay:
