A law firm is accepting applications for a full-time Call Center Representative . This position involves regular telephone communication, updating account information, and assisting with various account-related and clerical duties. The successful candidate should be dependable, professional on the telephone, and able to accurately document information while managing multiple tasks throughout the workday.

Job Duties Include:

Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls Discussing and establishing payment arrangements Obtaining and documenting employment information Performing employment verification Conducting skip tracing and updating contact information Maintaining accurate notes and account records Filing and other general office duties Following office procedures and applicable FDCPA requirements

Qualifications:

Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records Good verbal communication and telephone skills Good organizational and time-management skills Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to learn and follow established procedures Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is helpful Training is available.
