- $30•35/hr + Bonus + Benefits Green Valley Dental is seeking an experienced, motivated, and team-oriented Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our practice full-time .

- 35 per hour base salary PLUS an additional performance-based bonus on top of your base salary!

Healthcare insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Additional performance-based bonus opportunities Full-time employment Career advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment About the Role As a Lead RDA , you will play an important role in supporting our doctors, clinical team, and patients while helping ensure the dental assisting team operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of care. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, take initiative, and help create a positive and productive clinical environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for scheduled procedures. Assist with dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control procedures are followed. Maintain organized, fully stocked, and properly prepared operatories. Help ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinical operations. Support and mentor other dental assistants. Assist with onboarding and training new clinical team members. Serve as a resource for the dental assisting team. Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and front office staff to support practice goals. Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience. Identify opportunities to improve clinical workflows and team efficiency. Follow all practice, OSHA, infection-control, and applicable state requirements.
What We're Looking For Required:
Active RDA certification. 7-10+ years of dental assisting experience. Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflows. Excellent chairside assisting skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Professional and dependable work ethic.
Preferred:
Previous Lead RDA or senior dental assisting experience. Experience mentoring or training other dental assistants. Ability to take ownership of clinical responsibilities.
