Job Description

What You'll Own This role in our startup practice blends clinical excellence in assisting with leadership, making you a key connector between patients, providers, and systems.
Clinical / Dental
Assisting Responsibilities- Assist chairside in restorative dentistry
- Maintain efficient clinical flow with efficient room turnovers
- Ensure
OSHA/HIPAA
compliance and sterile protocols- Manage and monitor clinical supplies and ordering
- Support and mentor junior assistants as needed
- Operate digital tools such as scanners and imaging systems Must-Haves
- Radiography certification
- Minimum 18 months of dental clinical experience
- Working knowledge of Dental Practice Management Software, Open Dental a plus
- Strong verbal communication and patient-education skills
- OSHA and HIPAA compliance Nice-to-Haves
- EFDA license
- Digital dentistry experience
- Case-presentation
