Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are a boutique modern dental startup office in Koreatown Los Angeles. We are looking for a dental assistant to join our fun team. This position will initially be Tuesdays-Fridays. We are looking for a dental assistant who is willing to grow with the practice
someone who is open to potentially working Mondays in the future. Our team is cross
trained. As a team member you would help with both front office and back office tasks. Since we are a startup, you will have the unique opportunity to help grow and build the office. We have an office culture that's positive, fun, and caring

We're looking for a dental assistant who's kind, punctual, teachable, team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare patient treatment rooms Sterilize and disinfect instruments Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Take dental x-rays Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene practices Scan patients with Itero Help with front office tasks as needed (ex: scheduling, payment, insurance-related tasks) Contribute to social media marketing
Qualifications:
Dental assisting: 2-3 years preferred
License/Certification:
Dental Assisting Certification (required)
X-Ray Certification (required)
American Heart Association or American Red Cross course in Basic Life Support (required)
