Job Description

Traveling Smiling Squad millieage inlcuded Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals to assist in various dental procedures while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials. Take and develop X-rays, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed. Utilize 3D scanners for accurate imaging and treatment planning. Record and update patient medical records accurately using Eaglesoft or similar systems. Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental clinic to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with medical coding for insurance purposes as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a RDA is preferred but not required
RDA CALIFORNIA CERT
Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology is essential. Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems is a plus. Ability to take vital signs accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Full-time Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
