Job Description The purpose of the Dental Assistant's role is to efficiently and professionally assist and facilitate the Doctor with all procedures, enabling the Doctor to provide the highest quality orthodontics for all patients. As a result of your work your goal is to have satisfied patients who complete their treatment plans and refer others as a result of excellent service and high-quality care. Responsibilities and Duties Greet and seat patients with warmth and professionalism Assist the orthodontist with braces and Invisalign® procedures Educate patients on dental health and treatment options to support practice goals Provide an outstanding patient experience to children, teens, and adults Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills Current DA license required Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred (orthodontic experience is a plus!) Passion for working with young patients and helping them achieve their dream smiles
