Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Prepare new patient records.
Various office duties as assigned by Dentist/Office Manager.
Responding to phone calls, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
Collect and post payments and record receipts.
Prepare mailings.

Conduct activities in a professional and pleasant manner. Minimum Education
Education - High school deploma or equivalent Experience
Experience is not required, but preferred in the dental or medical industry.
Self-motivated with the ability to exceed employer and patient expectations.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to support change and varying schedules as necessary.
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
