Creative Dental is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our family-owned practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, works well in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dental care. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or a motivated professional looking to grow your career, we offer a supportive team, modern technology, and opportunities for professional development. We are open to on-the-job training for the right individual. What You'll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure patients are comfortable Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take digital dental X-rays (certification required if applicable) Chart treatment and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Manage operatory setup and turnover efficiently Work closely with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Dental Assistant experience preferred Current dental radiology/X-ray certification Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Dependable, professional, and eager to learn Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Employee dental benefits Continuing education opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for career growth Scrub allowance Schedule Full-time Monday-Thurs No Fridays or weekends Why Join Creative Dental?
