The practice integrates state of the art technology and provides a personalized approach to every patient. Clinical Support
  • Prepare patients for dental procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns.
  • Assist the dentist chairside during examinations and treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and managing materials.
  • Take and process dental X-rays
  • Prepare and mix dental materials such as cements, impressions, and restorative materials.
  • Place dental dams, retractors, and impression trays as directed. Infection Control & Safety
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following OSHA and CDC guidelines.
  • Maintain infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely and comply with dental practice regulations. Patient Care & Communication
  • Welcome patients, explain procedures, and build rapport to ease anxiety.
  • Record patient medical and dental histories as directed.
  • Provide education on oral hygiene and preventive care when appropriate. Administrative & Office Support
  • Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits.
  • Update and maintain patient records accurately.
  • Manage supply inventory and order dental materials as needed.
  • Assist with billing, insurance documentation, and patient check-in/check-out when required. Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming dental practice environment. Benefits As a valued member of our team, you will be eligible for the following (subject to practice policies):
  • Up to 40 hours of paid leave under the Illinois PLAWA. Employees earn one (1) hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked
  • Holiday pay
  • Free dental care Schedule Your standard work schedule will be: Monday 8:00am to 5:00pm Thursday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Every other Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm As the practice grows, hours can increase to full time.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
