Ensure clinical confidentiality policies are strictly followed when handling patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical documentation within EMR systems like Epic, and coordinating with the dental receptionist for smooth clinic operations. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by following dental sterilization procedures and infection control protocols aligned with healthcare infection prevention standards. Demonstrate proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Participate in four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during procedures and improve patient comfort. Skills Extensive experience with EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic for medical records management.
