Overview

Are you a dependable and dedicated dental professional looking to join an established, friendly, family dental practice with a loyal patient base, where teamwork and positivity are at the heart of everything? We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to become a valued member of our dynamic dental team.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and keeping our practice running smoothly.

Core responsibilities include:

• Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to composites and major restorative procedures.
• Taking and processing X-rays with accuracy and care
• Sterilization duties to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment
• Patient care coordination to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience
• Requirements
• We're seeking a candidate who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the team:
• 1+ years of dental assisting experience Preferred
• Maryland X-ray Certification Required or currently in process.
• Dental Assistant Certification Preferred
• A positive, detailed oriented, team-first attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliability and a commitment to high-quality patient care
• Schedule

This position offers a part-time-friendly schedule working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, schedule (flexibility may be possible on days listed).

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $18 - $24 per hour, based on experience

Paid personal time after 90 days

401 K contributions and employer match after 90 days
