+ Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming, positive experience from check-in through treatment. + Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each patient appointment. + Assist dentists during
  • denture procedures, dental implant placement, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic treatments
  • in accordance with state regulations. + Take and assist with
  • alginate denture impressions
  • , select appropriate impression trays, and prepare
  • wax bites
  • under dentist direction.
+ Assist with denture insertions, adjustments, relines, repairs, and other expanded duties where permitted by state law. + Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, implant procedures, post-operative care, home care instructions, and financial packages. + Obtain and document patient medical histories, treatment information, and clinical notes accurately. + Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state certification requirements. + Maintain strict infection prevention and sterilization standards by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments and operatories. + Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering clinical supplies. + Support daily office operations, including maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment. + Travel occasionally for training and continuing education opportunities as needed. + Perform additional duties to support patient care and office success. Qualifications
  • Required:
  • + High School Diploma or GED +
  • Dental Assistant and X-ray certification (where required by state)
  • + Strong communication and patient service skills + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment + Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • + •1+ year of dental assisting experience•+ Experience assisting with •dentures, removable prosthetics, or dental implants•+ Experience taking •denture impressions and wax bites•+ Experience assisting with •oral surgery and extractions•+ Experience with •prosthodontic procedures•+ Familiarity with dental practice management software and electronic patient records
