Full-Time We're looking for a compassionate Bilingual Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This role is vital in supporting our dentists and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient. Key Responsibilities Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Take and develop digital X-rays (BW & PANO) Provide post-operative instructions and support Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Fluent in Spanish and English, required Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft), a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Must be organized and detail oriented Be able to work in a team work environment Benefits Competitive salary On the job training Monday-Friday, no weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Life insurance and employee perks
