Dental Assistant Float ACCESS Family Care Home Clinic Location:

Carthage, MO ACCESS Family Care is seeking an experienced and flexible Dental Assistant Float to join our dental team. This position is ideal for a motivated dental professional who enjoys variety in their workday, supporting multiple clinic locations, and mentoring new team members. Position Summary The Dental Assistant Float provides clinical support to dental providers across multiple ACCESS Family Care clinic locations. This role requires travel between clinics, adaptability to changing schedules, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. In addition to chairside assisting duties, this position will serve as a preceptor and mentor for newly hired Dental Assistants, helping ensure a positive onboarding and training experience.
