Part- Time Dental Assistant

Job Description

We're about to relaunch a long-standing dental practice that's getting a complete upgrade — from technology to team culture. As we step into this next chapter, we're looking for a Dental Assistant who's ready to grow alongside us. This isn't just about taking X-rays or passing instruments — this is about being part of a team that's embracing modern dentistry, including AI-assisted diagnostics, digital workflows, CBCT, intraoral scanning , and a comprehensive, elevated patient experience.
Who This Role Is For:
You have at least 1 year of dental assisting experience You're eager to learn — we'll teach a wide scope of dentistry if you bring the right mindset X-ray certification required You take pride in being responsible, proactive, and a team player You bring a positive attitude to every room you walk into You're open to change and excited about new technology and smarter systems
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures including general, restorative, surgical, and cosmetic treatments Take digital X-rays and assist with CBCT/intraoral scanner workflows (training provided) Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols at all times Set up and break down operatories efficiently and accurately Manage patient comfort, education, and chairside support with a professional, friendly approach Charting and documentation using cloud-based dental software (we'll train you) Track and manage inventory of dental supplies and materials Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and ready for use Collaborate closely with other team members to maintain smooth clinical flow Participate in team meetings, training, and implementation of new systems/technology Take initiative and contribute ideas to improve patient experience and clinical systems If you're passionate about growing, learning, and being part of a positive, forward-thinking team — we'd love to hear from you. and let's build something great together.
