The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures and be able to assist the dentist effectively while ensuring a comfortable experience for patients. This role requires proficiency in four-handed dentistry, infection control practices, and maintaining accurate medical records. Experience in pediatric dentistry and endodontics is a plus. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow through four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient visit. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Manage patient scheduling and assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff. Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care. Requirements Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy related to dental health and procedures. Familiarity with medical documentation practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and team members. Certification in CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred. Experience with pediatric dentistry and endodontics is advantageous but not mandatory.
