  • Assist the dentist during a wide variety of restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and preventive procedures
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for care
  • Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
  • Assist with CBCT imaging and digital scanning
  • Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with laboratory procedures
  • Assist hygienists with charting and polishing when appropriate
  • Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilization standards
  • Prepare instruments and materials for procedures
  • Ensure operatories remain organized, efficient, and patient-ready
  • Provide thoughtful post-operative instructions and patient education Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences Every member of our team contributes to creating an elevated patient experience. You'll help:
  • Welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Build trusting relationships with patients and families
  • Answer incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Guide prospective patients through our services

  • Follow up with patients after treatment to ensure satisfaction and answer questions Scheduling & Practice Operations Become an important part of keeping our practice running efficiently by assisting with:
  • Maintaining an efficient and productive provider schedule
  • Confirming appointments
  • Filling schedule openings and cancellations
  • Managing patient communications
  • Following up with patients regarding recommended treatment
  • Supporting treatment acceptance efforts
  • Assisting with insurance verification
  • Supporting billing and payment processes

  • Dental Assisting Certification or willingness to complete required training
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and infection control standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred
  • Experience in a private dental practice
  • Experience with Open Dental Software
  • Experience with digital imaging, CBCT, or iTero technology
  • Experience with treatment coordination
  • Experience with scheduling and patient communication
