Ensure all dental equipment is sterilized, maintained, and ready for use to uphold the highest standards of infection control. Manage patient comfort by providing clear instructions and supporting them throughout their appointment. Handle medical documentation accurately, including recording patient information, treatment details, and post-procedure instructions using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Support patient service efforts by answering questions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols related to manual handling and infection prevention.
