Key Responsibilities Chairside Assisting:
Assist during root canal therapy and apical surgeries by passing instruments, maintaining a clear field, and anticipating doctor needs
Radiography:
Take 2D digital X-rays and 3D CBCT scans (training to be provided)
Sterilization & Infection Control:
Clean, sterilize instruments and disinfect operatories in compliance with
OSHA/CDC
guidelines
Patient Care:
Prepare patients, review medical histories, explain procedures, and provide post-op instructions
Documentation:
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes in dental software
Clinic Maintenance:
Set up/break down rooms and restock supplies
Scheduling Support:
Assist with patient scheduling, confirmations, and coordination as needed Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and be trained in endodontics Radiology certification (or in the process of obtaining) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude What We Offer Training and growth in a specialty practice Supportive, team-oriented environment Modern technology and systems
