Dental Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist MAA Crystal Dental PLLC (Crystal Dental Care) - Crystal City, TX About Us MAA Crystal Dental PLLC (Crystal Dental Care) is a family-oriented dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and compassionate team member to join our office as a Dental Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist . Responsibilities Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule. Check patients in and out using Open Dental software. Assist the dentist during dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Take dental X-rays and follow infection control procedures. Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients when needed. Verify dental insurance benefits and submit insurance claims. Collect patient payments and maintain accurate patient records. Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently. Maintain patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned to support the dental team. Qualifications Previous dental assisting or dental front office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. Comfortable using computers; Open Dental experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
