The Schedule This is a two-day-per-week position working Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Wednesday:

7:00 AM - 5:00

PM Thursday:

What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as appropriate Assess and document periodontal and overall oral health Take diagnostic radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients about periodontal health, preventive care, and home care Discuss clinical findings and treatment needs confidently with patients Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients Communicate and collaborate closely with Dr. Waterman and the dental team Utilize modern dental technology to support clinical care and patient education What We're Looking For We're looking for a hygienist who: Holds an active Registered Dental Hygienist license Takes pride in providing excellent patient care Has strong communication and patient education skills Is confident discussing periodontal health and treatment needs Is dependable, personable, and professional Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team Appreciates clinical autonomy and professional trust Is comfortable learning and utilizing modern dental technology Wants to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and coworkers Experience is certainly valued, but personality, clinical judgment, dependability, and fit with our team matter just as much to us. What We Offer Compensation:
