We are an established, privately owned dental practice that believes exceptional care begins with strong relationships. Our hygienists are not expected to simply "clean teeth." They are trusted clinical partners who educate patients, identify opportunities to improve their health, and help create an experience that makes people feel known, comfortable, and cared for. Medical benefits available 401K Bonus System Family owned and operated since 1983 Modern technology What You'll Experience Here A patient-centered practice that values quality Supportive doctors who respect the hygienist's clinical judgment A collaborative team that helps one another throughout the day Organized systems and clear expectations Modern technology and well-equipped treatment rooms A strong focus on periodontal health, patient education, and comprehensive care A workplace where your ideas and professional growth are encouraged Long-term patients who value the relationships they build with our team Responsibilities Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care Perform adult and child prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and appropriate adjunctive services Complete periodontal charting and identify changes in periodontal health Review medical histories and recognize relevant health concerns Obtain necessary diagnostic radiographs Educate patients about their oral health in a clear, supportive manner Identify restorative, periodontal, and other clinical concerns Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Work closely with doctors, assistants, and administrative team members Help patients feel comfortable, respected, and confident in their care Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Hold an active Connecticut dental hygiene license Are clinically thorough and committed to high-quality care Communicate confidently while remaining warm and approachable Value teamwork and are willing to support others when needed Are dependable, prepared, and attentive to detail Take ownership of the patient experience Are open to feedback and interested in continued professional growth Want to build lasting relationships with patients and coworkers Experience is preferred, but we are also open to meeting motivated candidates who demonstrate strong clinical fundamentals, professionalism, and alignment with our values.
