Full Job Description Overview:

SIGN-IN BONUS

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality oral care and hygiene services to our patients, ensuring their dental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dental cleanings and assist dentists in patient care procedures
• Perform oral health assessments and take patient medical histories
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in [State]
• Proficient in HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
• Knowledge of medical coding and insurance billing procedures
• Ability to perform patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental procedures is a plus
