We thrive by providing patient-centered care in a relaxed and comfortable office. We are looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to our dental practice. The practice is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a positive, hard-working, and motivated hygienist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Prepare rooms and instruments for use during patient care. Collect patients' medical and dental histories. Perform preventative dental care. Chart dental conditions Screen patients during check-ups Educating patients about proper oral hygiene and providing recommendations. Review exam findings, treatment planning, and ensure patients' questions are thoroughly answered. Schedule follow up appointments. Disinfect treatment rooms and sterilize all equipment.
Qualifications:
Current registered dental hygienist (RDH) license required. Preferred two years as a registered dental hygienist performing chairside dental care. Experience administering dental x-rays. Technical skills and proficiency with dental software. Exceptional patient service and communication skills. Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback and direction. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
