We're seeking a fun, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join us 2 days per week . Who We Are Privately owned for 20+ years by Dr Greg Markway + Dr Jason Haworth Conveniently located in Gardner, KS/southern Johnson County [easy hwy access] Custom built, modern office, with new equipment, and annual allowance for upgrades Refined systems, with tenured team = low-stress, smooth daily flow Appreciative, supportive doctors Patients praise: team's integrity, compassionate/gentle care, genuine and upbeat culture Schedule This role is for 2 days per week, 7am-5pm. You CHOOSE which days work best for you! •Office is open Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm. 1 hr lunch. No evenings/No weekends•Compensation Highly competitive hourly, negotiable based on experience/market Pro-rated benefits/bonuses based on hours worked Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to promote optimal oral health Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions Take and interpret imagine such as X-rays, digital scans, and/or intra-oral images, while following aseptic and infection control protocols Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in Eaglesoft Support the dental team in maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment that complies with all safety standards Uphold patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Valid license as KS Registered Dental Hygienist Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control procedures Deliver compassionate, gentle care, and effectively assess/respond to patient needs Communicate confidently, and clearly with patients of all ages, establishing trust and lasting relationships Supportive team member who values providing exceptional care, and maintaining positive work culture If you love creating confident smiles, we welcome you to join us in continuing the tradition of exceptional care our patients have trusted for generations.
