Dental One Associates of Waldorf is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Waldorf, Maryland to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Dental One Associates of Waldorf, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace w patient comfort is always a priority.
Position Overview:
Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). These tools help us deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our hygienists have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality work they can take pride in.

Schedule:
Full-time Monday - Friday or Part-Time (3 days a week)
$56-$65 hourly + Monthly bonus

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance
Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active state license as a ed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
