Cedar Springs Dental is growing and seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Strong communication and patient education skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Passion for quality patient care Why Join Our Team? Schedule Monday:
10:00 AM-7:00 PM (or 5:00 PM)
Tuesday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM-1:00 PM Fridays currently not required Part time or Full time Compensation & Benefits Starting at $40+/hour 32-36 hours per week 401(k) with up to 5% match Dental benefits for you and your immediate family 1 week PTO Holiday pay $150 annual scrub/uniform stipend Continuing education support Professional development assistance Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations Build trust and long-term patient relationships Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver excellent patient care
