Dental Hygienist - Private Family Practice (Chaska, MN) Dental Hygienist - White Oak Dental (Chaska, MN) Please note: This position requires an active MN Dental Hygiene License and at least 1 year of clinical experience. This is not a training or entry-level role. White Oak Dental is a well-established, privately owned family dental practice in Chaska, MN. We focus on long-term patient relationships and high-quality comprehensive care. Our office provides endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign orthodontics, crown and bridge, implant restorations, and removable prosthodontics in a modern, fully digital environment. We are seeking a skilled, dependable Hygienist who is confident in diagnosing and treating periodontal disease and enjoys working in a small, collaborative private practice. We are looking for someone to join our team ASAP. Schedule (Full Time, In-Office)
Monday-Wednesday:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Thursday:
8:00 AM - 3:00 PM No evenings. No weekends. We are flexible with part time hours, we can discuss further what makes sense for us both here. Please inquire further if interested in part time! Required Qualifications (Please review before applying) Active MN Dental Hygiene License (required) Current CPR Certification Completion of a Dental Hygiene Program Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Experience with diagnosing and treating periodontal disease Experience with digital radiographs and intraoral photography Comfortable running their own schedule, meeting new patients, and co-diagnosing dental treatment Primary Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings (scaling and polishing) to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth. Take and develop dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations. Assist the dentist in identifying oral health issues and developing treatment plans. Screen for signs of oral diseases, such as gum disease, cavities, or oral cancer. Provide education to patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and diet. Administer fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth from decay. Applicants must be able to relocate to or commute to Chaska, MN prior to start date.
