Louis Park, MN We are looking for an efficient, personable treatment coordinator to join our amazing team. Our small practice feels like a family, and we are looking for a motivated individual who is excited to embrace our culture of positivity and flexibility.

Job description:

In this role, you will conduct new patient consults with the orthodontist. You will be the first person to meet patients and welcome them into our practice, with a GREAT first impression! You will take photographs and scans on every patient and discuss the treatment options with the patient and their families. As the treatment coordinator, it is important that you enjoy meeting new people and feel comfortable presenting financial information. You will also be in charge of patient follow ups and communications with dental offices Opportunity for growth exists both within and beyond the position.

Job requirement:

There are no specific requirements. A current Minnesota Dental Assisting License is preferred, as is Orthodontic experience. Alternatively, a background in sales and/or HR may prepare you well for this role.
