- Independence, MO A dental practice is seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in a patient-focused environment.
The position offers a balanced patient schedule, performance-based earning opportunities, advanced dental technology, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership. Responsibilities Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services Perform dental cleanings and patient assessments Take digital dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care Build strong relationships with patients and provide a positive experience Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to support comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Texas Current CPR certification 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented and collaborative Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality patient care Comfortable working in a productive clinical environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Basic computer proficiency Reliable transportation Benefits Competitive base pay with production-based earning opportunities Performance and profit-sharing bonuses Paid onboarding and training Company-sponsored laser certification Paid CPR and nitrous certifications Paid holidays Paid time off available upon hire Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short
