We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and working alongside a team that values quality dentistry over rushing through appointments.

What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $45.00/hour Four-day workweek: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monthly office production-based team bonus program Paid Time Off eligibility after 90 days (per Employee Handbook) Opportunity to participate in our company-sponsored health insurance plan Generous in-house employee dental benefits Modern digital office with updated technology Supportive doctor and team environment Single-column hygiene schedule— no double booking New patient exams are scheduled separately , allowing you to focus on providing excellent preventive care without feeling rushed Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures Take digital radiographs as needed Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting, including periodontal charting for all new patients Assess periodontal health and communicate clinical findings to the doctor Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health Assist in identifying treatment needs and discussing recommended care with patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols Qualifications Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented with a commitment to exceptional patient care Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can practice quality dentistry in a supportive, patient-centered environment, we'd love to meet you.
