Are you a hygienist who wants to do more than clean teeth, polish, and move on to the next patient? We're looking for someone who wants to educate, build relationships, recognize disease, and play an active role in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease and overall oral health. Starting at $57/hour, based on experience Tuesday-Friday 1 Saturday/month -Optional Monday at our Edison, NJ location Here's what makes our practice different: 1-hour recall appointments 1.5-hour new patient appointments Scanners to help patients actually see and understand what's happening in their mouths VELscope oral health screenings Hygienists who are encouraged to co-diagnose and identify periodontal disease Time to educate patients instead of rushing through a cleaning We're a privately owned practice with a team that has been working together for 10+ years . We treat our patients like family — and we want to treat our team the same way. We're also moving toward a more patient-centered, less insurance-driven model . That means we want to recommend care based on what the patient actually needs , not what an insurance company happens to cover.
