We are growing our hygiene team in New Jersey and are seeking a Dental Hygienist to support our Brick and Monroe Township practices . Our Ideal Schedule Our preference is to hire one Full-Time Dental Hygienist who can work: 2 days per week in Brick, NJ 2 days per week in Monroe Township, NJ We are also open to hiring Part-Time Dental Hygienists who are interested in working at either location for a minimum of 2 consistent days per week . What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienist with Smart Arches, you will provide high-quality preventive care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment.

Responsibilities include:

Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care Perform dental hygiene and preventive services within the scope of NJ licensure Take, develop, and evaluate dental X-rays Assess patients' oral health and communicate findings to the dentist Thoroughly document patient care and treatment Educate patients on oral hygiene and home-care techniques Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant operatory Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and administrative team members Perform other clinical duties as appropriate What We're Looking For Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene License required Local Anesthesia Certification preferred, but not required Experienced Dental Hygienists and new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and patient education skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule For Full-Time consideration, ability to work across both Brick and Monroe Township locations For Part-Time consideration, availability for at least 2 days per week Why Smart Arches?
