Compensation & Benefits

At Access Health Dental, we invest in our hygienists by offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial future, and professional growth:

Earning potential is uncapped with total compensation from $60 per hour to $80+ per hour (inclusive of base pay, hygienist bonus, team bonus, paid time off, paid vacation, and other benefits and perks)

Continuing education credits & ongoing support: 16+ CE units in your first year

Sign-on bonus: $4,000 (full-time and one-year commitment)

Base pay: $60 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

• Nevada
  Strong focus on patient education & preventive care
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality
  Comfort and adaptability working within both single-column and double-column scheduling structures
  Full-Time & Part-Time available
  CPR/BLS
  Anesthesia & Nitrous Certifications Nevada
  Laser Certificate
  Responsibilities
  Deliver exceptional clinical care with dedicated patient appointment times of 50-60 minutes per patient adult prophy's
  Perform comprehensive periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing (SRP)
  Utilize advanced technology daily, including performing SRP, and taking digital x-rays
  Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies
