Licensure:

Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or currently pending graduation/state board licensure).

Certifications:

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Technical Software Skills:

Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting platforms (experience with Open Dental alongside digital radiography is a major plus).

Clinical Excellence:

Mastery of contemporary standard-of-care periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing ( SRP ), digital diagnostics, and comprehensive patient health tracking.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, a gentle bedside manner, and a proactive, team-first mentality.

Deliver top-tier preventive scaling, advanced periodontal care ( SRP ), digital radiography, charting, and meticulous oral cancer screenings.
