The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the dental field ( or the right recent Hygiene GRAD )

High drive, energy, self-starter, honesty, and professionalism
Ohio Radiography License
Registered Dental Hyienist

Pay:
Hourly pay based on level of experience depending on the qualifications and value the new team member brings to the team! Up to $50/hr.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients, including assessments, prophylaxis, scaling and polishing, and patient education on oral health and hygiene practices. Perform dental x-rays as needed and accurately document findings in medical records, maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team, ensuring efficient patient flow and comfort. Monitor vital signs if appropriate, identify potential concerns, and escalate to the clinician when necessary. Maintain dental equipment and sterilization protocols, manage supplies, and practice management software to support smooth practice operations.
Pay:
$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
